Pink quartzite is a rock consisting of 98% quartz. In addition, it contains iron oxides and hydroxides. These are what give the stone its beautiful pink, and sometimes even purple color. Pink quartzite retains heat for a long time and produces mild, soft steam.
 
Pink quartzite is environmentally friendly and completely safe;
withstands temperatures up to 1600°C;
contains no harmful impurities;
the mineral has a record low level of radioactivity;
has high strength and thermal conductivity.

​​​​​​​Pink quartzite releases heat well, helping to maintain the desired temperature in the steam room for an extended period. Service life is 4-5 years with average sauna use of once per week.
